- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆had not been in the Mall Cafe for some time but from what i remembered it had good home made food and was always busy, I am sorry to have to say that it has went right downhill, the lentil soup was a bit watery and the fish had batter on it that was as hard as the table we were sitting at, I am sure it was right out of the freezer, we were there today 25th May 2015 and I think that will be our last visit, there are plenty other eateries in Livingston to chose from so the Mall Cafe owners better start thinking of producing better food or the customers will start using the other restaurants in the area.
